Confirmi provides a shared inbox for authorized e-commerce messaging channels. Features may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta and can be affected by their availability, permissions, and policies.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information and protect their credentials. A workspace manager confirms that they are authorized to connect the business accounts and customer data used in that workspace.
Acceptable use
You may not use Confirmi for unlawful messages, harassment, spam, impersonation, credential theft, platform-policy evasion, security testing without authorization, or access to another workspace's data.
Customer communications
Each business is responsible for its message content, customer promises, refunds, orders, privacy notices, and compliance with applicable consumer and messaging rules.
Plans and suspension
Usage may be limited by the assigned subscription. Confirmi may suspend access to protect customers, connected providers, or the platform when misuse or a security risk is detected.
Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and third-party availability. Commercial warranties, liability limits, payment terms, governing law, and dispute terms must be approved by qualified Tunisian counsel before paid public use.
